Our fields produce the finest crops, which we turn into meals, oils, soaps, and more.

Since the 1700s, the land of Meleto has birthed a myriad of fruits, vegetables, grains, and herbs. We are committed to reviving and sustaining this history, and we create innovative products for our guests.

We currently grow the following in our surrounding 400 acres:

• Sunflower, lavender, and helichrysum for our spa

• Grapes for our winery

• Olives for our restaurant

• Old grains for pasta and bread

• Vegetables for our restaurant

• Medicinal herbs for our teas

• Honey for the spa, restaurant, and teas

We transform these products on the grounds of Villa Meleto.
